Basically I want to do a balance transfer to a new card but it doesn’t have 0% balance transfers. Can I use the card to send money to my own paypal account …let say $20k….pay off my other card and now have the $20k on the new card and 0% interest for a year from paying paypal instead of a balance transferring the funds??? I know paypal charges a percent or something for the transfer….would that be my only issue??? or is this fraud or something…ha…i don’t want to cheat…just do it within the rules.
Thanks in advance…cheers.

No, you cant…..
You have to employ the user on another person’s account, and by the time they send the $$ back to you, a percentage in PayPal fees will have been deducted TWICE..
Once when you send… and twice when they send it back…
NOT a good idea….at least not to use PayPal to do it…
